Customization process:

1. After receiving the customer's design file (AI/CDR/PDF/ARTWORK format) or typesetting the design for the customer, confirm the production content and production craft.

2. Make samples (according to customer needs)

3. Place an order for production, and the production colleagues will typeset the files. And adjust the specific colors

4. Print with a professional printing machine

5. Laminate the materials to make the card reach the thickness required by the order

6. Die-cut or engrave the printed and laminated materials to make the card present the shape required by the order

7. Processing, according to the order requirements, use the corresponding professional production equipment to make the process.

8. Quality inspection, after the quality inspection department completes the inspection of the card, put it in the paper box. The machine which wapper wraps the carton and then ships it. If it is in bulk(more than 5000 pieces ), after the card is loaded into the carton, it will be placed in the carton of the corresponding box specification and shipped.
